The Biodegradation of PDLLA/β-TCP Membranin in Guided Tissue Regeneration Quan Daping; Li Shipu; Li Xiangltang; Jiang Xin; Wei Shusheng; Wang Suozhi(Dr.,Biomedical Material and Engineering Centre,WUT,Wuhan 430070,China.) The degradation and biocompatibility of PDLLA/β-TCP membranes in vitro and in vivo was studied in ihis paper. TheWw of PDLLA/β-TCP membrans decreased from 1. 92×105 to 0. 83×105 during 4 weeks in PH~ 7. 4 PBS solution at t=37 ℃ PDLLA/β-TCP membrans was implanted subcutaneously in fifteen kumin mice at the same time. the mice was killed respectively after 2、4、8、12 and 16 weeks. Histological sections of the membranes including the surrounding tissues were prepared and investigated by lightmicroscopes. The results suggested that PDLLA/β-TCP membrane would be a good biedegradable and biocompatible material to guidetissue regeneration and may open perspectives. PDLLA, β-TCP, guided tissue regeneration
